1 oz. philly cream cheese 1/3 less fat – 70 calories
3 whole wheat ritz crackers – 42 calories
1 oz. philly cream cheese 1/3 less fat with crushed pineapple – 80 calories
1 mini quacker chewy bar – 60 calories, 5 blueberries 3 grapes and 1 strawberry – 35 calories
1/2 cup organic snack mix – 65 calories
1 banana – 100 calories.
